Appointment Key service: $60.00

Short Notice Key Service: $120.00

Home Checks: $60.00

While you’re away, we can check over your home for adequate heat, no leaks etc. We will provide an inspection form for each visit.

HVAC Geothermal System Consultation: $90.00

General Consultation

You may be considering refurbishing your home or adding another appliance and would like advice on how to proceed. We can coordinate with Plumbers, electricians and other trades to make this happen for you. Our regular rate applies.
